It’s Super Bowl Weekend.  That means we’ve got to really hammer out a good workout today to fire up that metabolism to help fight off the fat.  As we do every Friday at Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp we blasted out an awesome High-intensity interval training (HIIT) 50:10 5-exercise circuit powered by Workout Muse today, followed by a killer finisher.  The energy was high and everyone rocked!
