This week’s Fat Burning Boot Camp Workout Video of The Week is about getting your cardio in, even when it’s raining.

Yesterday was a sprint day for me, and it was raining. ?  Ah, have no fear because the bands are here!

Check out this cardio workout at home.  It’s an awesome way to change things up or get your cardio in when it’s raining out.

Station 1
Backpedals

Station 2
Shuffle Left

Station 3
Shuffle Right

Station 4
Running in Place

Station 5
Squat Rows

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest (and transition for circuits with multiple exercises).  Perform 8 total all-out bouts for a total of 4 minutes.  Rest for 1 minute and begin the next circuit.
