If you’re anything like me, you’re tired of all the books, diets, workouts and programs that promise big results, but deliver nothing but confusion and frustration.  I’m also sick of all the radical claims out  there that you can do nothing and get great results.

Let’s be real; there is no such thing as something for nothing.

For the past 20 years I have dedicated my life to understanding health, fitness and weight loss. For the past 10 years I have been making my living helping people just like you.

I am a degreed, certified and well-experienced personal trainer, which I absolutely love being. Before starting my own fitness company I worked for Life Time Fitness, in my opinion the best health club company in the country. While there, I held numerous records for my successes, rose through the ranks of management, helped redefine the company’s training and business philosophy and even developed many of the systems and training programs that make millions of dollars each year for the organization by getting their members real results.

I don’t share this information to impress you. Instead, I want to impress upon you; I’ve been around the block a few times in this industry and I’ve been fortunate enough to work with so many great people.

I have consulted and worked with countless members in the same position you are in. I understand the struggles and frustrations that come with trying to get in shape.

Here’s something else you need to know:

I’ve personally struggled with weight my whole life.

My struggle is what got me so interested in personal training in the first place. You see, I’m not one of those perfect-bodied model type personal trainers.

I’m a regular person, just like you.

Everyday I have to do the work to stay in great shape and pursue my fitness goals. But, here’s what’s so great. It’s so simple when you know what you are doing. Understand that statement; it’s simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.  You will have to put forth the effort, but NOW YOU HAVE A GUIDE! NO MORE WASTED TIME AND EFFORT!

I wrote created this site and the various programs on it to be a resource for people like you who need guidance, support and quality information you can trust to achieve your weight loss, health and fitness goals.

I hope you enjoy the information and programs here as much as I enjoy providing them for you.
