In last week’s personal development post we discussed the importance of creating a weight loss mindset, how your paradigms control your life, and I introduced one of your intellectual factors – perception.
Before we go much deeper into developing this weight loss mindset and how we can literally create the weight loss & fitness results in our life that we desire, I want to touch on the other intellectual factors.
