Let me be clear about that last statement.  It does NOT mean the best looking and most in-shape clients, although I work with them, too – IF, they’re serious and dedicated.  That’s the #1 (and #2, I suppose) requirement that I have to work with someone.

I charge $100 for the initial consultation, which will be used for the discounted purchase of a complete set of Reactive Resistance Bands when you decide to work with me.


What’s it gonna cost to train with me?

That depends on your location (my travel time) and the number of sessions per week you select.  But, it’ll break down to somewhere between $150 - $250 per session.

How long is a session? 

As long as it takes.  It’s not about squeezing a workout into a certain period of time or filling the time with a bunch of fluff to make the workout last.  We do what needs to be done that day to achieve the end goal.  That’s what it’s all about – GETTING RESULTS!
